We have regular drop-in advice sessions at three locations across the Broxtowe District. No appointment is required – just turn up. If your enquiry is particularly complex, you may be referred to a specialist caseworker. Follow-up appointments may be face-to-face or over the telephone.

The service will be by appointment only on a Monday & Tuesday. We are trailing this new system due to increased demand.
