If this is the case, you will be given the opportunity to leave a message for us to call you back. We aim to respond to all calls within 1 – 2 working days.

We have regular drop-in advice sessions at eleven locations across the Newark & Sherwood District. No appointment is required – just turn up. If your enquiry is particularly complex, you may be referred to a specialist caseworker. Follow-up appointments may be face-to-face or over the telephone.
